Prevent Visual Glitches from Rapid Menu Toggling

Understand the Issue

Rapidly opening and closing menus (like your inventory) can cause the blur effect to glitch, stutter, or display incorrectly. Blur Perfected includes "spam-proof" features to prevent this.

Check Animation Settings

Access the mod configuration and review the animation system settings. Blur Perfected reworks how animations are processed, so smooth frame-by-frame transitions should be enabled by default.

Test Your Setup

Open and close your inventory quickly multiple times in succession. Watch for:

• Screen flickering or flashing
• Blur appearing and disappearing erratically
• Frame skips or stuttering

The blur should fade smoothly without visual breaks, even under rapid menu changes.

Adjust if Needed

If glitches still occur, check if animation smoothing or frame-skipping prevention options are available in the config. Some mods allow you to enable stricter frame synchronization. Ensure your settings prioritize smooth transitions over performance, if that option exists.
