Installing and Using Blue's Better Zombies Resource Pack

What This Pack Changes

Blue's Better Zombies Resource Pack is a visual-only resource pack. It does not add new mobs, items, or gameplay mechanics — it replaces the default zombie appearance with improved models, detailed textures, and enhanced animations. Because it is a resource pack rather than a mod, it works alongside other packs and does not require any loader.

Applying the Pack

Place the pack in your resource packs folder, then enable it from the in-game resource pack menu. Make sure it sits above any other pack that also edits zombie assets, since the topmost pack wins for overlapping files. If zombies still look vanilla, check that no other pack is overriding the zombie model or texture.

What to Expect In-Game

Once enabled, zombies you encounter will use the new model and textures, and their movement animations will be updated. Because the change is purely cosmetic, behavior, drops, and difficulty are unaffected. You can disable the pack at any time to return to the default zombie look.
