How Dwarf Witches Move Differently

With this resource pack installed, witches now use updated animations that make their movement feel more natural and deliberate. When a witch walks around your world, you'll notice smoother, more lifelike motion compared to the vanilla jerky movements. This applies to all witch behavior—whether they're wandering, pursuing you, or drinking healing potions.

Spotting the Shoulder Cat

Every witch in your world now carries a small cat companion perched on her shoulder. This cat is purely visual and doesn't affect witch mechanics or combat. The cat moves with the witch and is visible from any angle, making witches much easier to identify at a distance. Look for the small silhouette on the witch's back when scanning your surroundings.

Combat Encounters

When you defeat a witch, instead of the standard death animation, she'll pull out a magic broomstick and fly away into the sky. This escape animation is purely cosmetic—you still receive the normal drops and experience as if the witch had died normally. The broomstick flight adds a whimsical touch to these encounters without changing the underlying game mechanics.
