Troubleshooting: Blue Grove Not Appearing in Your World
Common Causes
If Blue Groves aren't spawning in your world, check these issues:
Compatibility Problems
1. Conflicting mods — Blue Grove is incompatible with any mod that changes overworld generation. Disable or remove terrain generation mods (like custom biome packs, world type changers, or structure generators) and test again.
2. Data pack conflicts — If using multiple data packs, one may override Blue Grove's biome generation. Try disabling other data packs temporarily.
World Generation Issues
3. Existing world chunks — Blue Grove only generates in newly created terrain. Chunks generated before installing the data pack won't contain Blue Groves. Explore far from your spawn point or create a new world.
4. Verify installation — Ensure the Blue Grove data pack is properly loaded. Check your world's data pack list in the world settings menu.
Testing
Create a fresh world with only the Blue Grove data pack enabled (no other mods or data packs). If Blue Groves appear, you've identified a conflict. Add other mods back one at a time to pinpoint the culprit.
If issues persist, verify you're using a compatible Minecraft version for the data pack.
