Use Beacon Rings on Multiplayer Servers

Install on Client Only

This mod is entirely client-side, meaning you don't need server permission or installation. Simply install it on your Minecraft client and join any server—the mod will work without the server needing to support it.

Verify Server Compatibility

Before joining, confirm the server doesn't prohibit client-side cosmetic mods. Most servers allow them since they don't affect gameplay or give unfair advantages. Check the server rules if uncertain.

Beacon Rings Are Personal

Remember that only you see the halos. Other players on the server won't see your customized beacon rings unless they also have the mod installed. The beacons function normally for everyone else.

Coordinate with Other Players

If multiple players install the mod, you can all customize your beacons independently. This creates a shared aesthetic experience at your base without requiring server-side changes.

No Performance Impact on Server

Since rendering happens on your client, the mod doesn't increase server load or cause lag for other players. You can safely use it on any multiplayer world.
