Configure Sleep Mechanics for Your World

Accessing Configuration Options

The Better Sleeping Revived Mod allows you to customize how sleep works in your world. Settings are controlled through the mod's config file, which you can edit to match your preferred gameplay difficulty and pacing.

Key Settings You Can Adjust

No-sleep debuff threshold. Change how many consecutive nights a player must skip before penalties apply. The default is three nights, but you can increase this if you want a more forgiving experience, or decrease it for harder survival.

Sleep recovery duration and strength. Modify how long the regeneration effect lasts after waking, or how powerful it is.

Enable or disable debuffs entirely. If you prefer sleep to be optional, you can turn off the no-sleep penalties while keeping the recovery benefits.

Finding the Config File

Locate the config file in your mod folder (usually in .minecraft/config/). Open it with a text editor and adjust values according to the comments provided. Save and restart your game for changes to take effect.
