Ensure Spider Changes Work on Bedrock Edition
Bedrock Compatibility
Better Spider Remastered is designed to work on both Java and Bedrock editions. However, the installation and file structure differ slightly between versions.
Applying to Bedrock
1. Download the Bedrock-compatible version of the resource pack
2. Place the pack file in your Bedrock resource packs folder (location varies by device—check your Minecraft settings for the exact path)
3. Open a world and navigate to Settings > Resource Packs
4. Activate the Better Spider Remastered pack and move it to the active list
5. Confirm the changes and load into your world
Verifying It Works
Spawn or find a spider and observe its legs. They should appear noticeably thicker and more defined than vanilla spiders. If spiders still look thin, check that the pack is listed as active and appears above any conflicting packs in your resource pack order.
Bedrock sometimes requires a full game restart for resource pack changes to fully apply. If changes don't appear immediately, close and reopen Minecraft completely. Cave spiders should also display the updated model.
