Ensure Proper Resource Pack Load Order

Why Load Order Matters

Resource packs stack textures on top of each other. If Better Shifter Marks DAOT loads before Danny's AOT mod's pack, the fixes won't apply because the original mod textures will override them.

Setting Correct Load Order

1. Open your world or go to Resource Packs settings

2. Find the list of active resource packs

3. Locate Better Shifter Marks DAOT in the active packs

4. Move it above Danny's AOT mod's resource pack using the arrow buttons

5. Confirm the change and reload your world

Verify It's Working

Transform into any titan shifter and check:

• Your player's eyes are visible and not covered by marks
• The mark textures sit cleanly below your facial features
• Lines and details under the eyes are crisp and readable

If marks still overlap your eyes after reordering, double-check that both packs are actually enabled. Disabled packs won't load regardless of order.
