Release a Player Early or Adjust Their Sentence

Freeing a Jailed Player

Sometimes you need to release a prisoner before their sentence ends—whether for good behavior, an appeal, or an admin decision.

1. Use the unjail or release command with the player's name

2. The player will be teleported to the release point you configured

3. Their jail status will be cleared immediately

4. If Essentials integration is active, the Jailed tag will be removed from their profile

5. If Vault is linked, their rank will be restored to what it was before jailing

Modifying an Active Sentence

You can also adjust time without fully releasing them:

1. Use the sentence modification command with the player's name and new duration

2. Add or subtract time as needed

3. The timer will update and continue counting from the new value

These tools let you manage sentences fairly and respond to player appeals or changed circumstances.
