How Connected Textures Work

The Better Grass Without Flowers Resource Pack automatically applies connected grass textures to adjacent grass blocks. When grass blocks touch each other, their edges blend seamlessly instead of showing hard borders. This creates a smooth, unified lawn appearance across plains, hills, and forests.

Applying the Pack

1. Ensure the resource pack is active in your world's resource pack settings

2. Load into your world—connected textures apply immediately to all grass blocks

3. Walk across grass surfaces to see the blended edges where blocks meet

4. The effect works on:

• Standard grass blocks
• Snowy grass in cold biomes
• Dirt paths placed adjacent to grass
• Podzol in forests
• Mycelium on mushroom islands
• Crimson and warped nylium in the Nether

Viewing Results

For the best view of connected textures, stand at ground level and look across a large grassy area. The textures should flow continuously without visible seams between blocks. If textures appear disconnected, verify the resource pack is enabled and reload your world.
