Integrating Into Your PvP Setup

Better Fire PVP is designed to slot into existing PvP configurations without conflicts. It only modifies fire overlay textures, leaving all other visual elements untouched.

Installation and Compatibility

Before activating:

• Ensure the pack is placed in your resource packs folder
• Load it in your resource pack menu
• Test it in a safe environment first (creative mode or peaceful)
• Verify that your crosshair, hotbar, and other UI elements display normally

Combining with Other Packs

If you use multiple resource packs, load Better Fire PVP in your pack list order. Since it only changes fire textures, it won't override custom textures from other packs unless they also modify fire overlays.

Testing in Combat

Join a PvP server or arena and deliberately take fire damage to confirm the overlay sits at screen bottom. Adjust your position and test your aim to ensure the reduced flame height matches your playstyle. Once verified, the pack requires no further configuration.
