Use Tab Completion to Enter Commands Faster

Activating Tab Completion

Tab completion reduces typing errors and speeds up command entry by automatically suggesting and filling in command names and arguments.

To use tab completion:

1. Type the beginning of a command (for example, /giv for /give)

2. Press the Tab key

3. The mod will auto-complete the command name if there's only one match

4. If multiple matches exist, continue typing to narrow down options, then press Tab again

Completing Command Arguments

Tab completion works beyond just command names:

1. After typing a command that requires arguments (like /give), press Tab after each space

2. The mod suggests valid options for that argument position (player names, item IDs, etc.)

3. Press Tab to accept the suggestion or continue typing to filter

This feature is especially useful for commands with long argument lists or when you're unsure of exact syntax. It minimizes typos that could cause commands to fail, making server administration smoother and faster.
