Better Crops Resource Pack: What It Changes

A Visual Overhaul for Crops

Better Crops is a resource pack, not a gameplay mod. It does not add new items, alter drop rates, or change how farming works. Instead, it replaces the default textures for the crops and plants you already grow in Minecraft.

The pack focuses on the farming side of the game. Its texture set covers the seeds and growth stages of the standard crops, along with the stems and attached stems that melons and pumpkins use as they develop. Sugar cane is included as well, since it is a farmable plant that fits the same theme.

Because it only swaps textures, you can use it in any world without affecting survival balance, redstone, or mob behaviour. Farms you have already built will simply look different the next time you load the world. If you dislike the new look, removing the pack restores the vanilla textures immediately, with no changes left behind in your save.
