Understanding Hold vs. Toggle

BehindYouV3 lets you choose how your camera view responds when you press the keybind:

Hold Mode

In Hold mode, the behind view is active only while you press and hold the keybind:

• Release the key → camera returns to forward view
• Useful for quick glances
• Requires continuous key pressure to maintain the view

Toggle Mode

In Toggle mode, pressing the keybind switches the view on and off:

• Press once → behind view activates
• Press again → returns to forward view
• Useful for sustained observation
• Hands-free once activated

Changing Your Mode

Access your mod configuration settings and look for an option controlling whether the keybind uses Hold or Toggle behavior. Change this setting to match your playstyle.

Choosing What Works for You

• Use Hold if you frequently need quick checks while keeping forward view active
• Use Toggle if you want to maintain behind view for extended periods without holding a key
