Set Up a Village Mode Server with Multiple Player Homes

Enable Village Mode

Village Mode transforms your spawn point into a growing settlement. Each new player who joins receives their own house connected by dirt paths, and the village expands over time with community structures.

To activate Village Mode, run this command in your server console or as an operator:

What Happens Next

Once enabled, the mod will:

• Assign a unique personal house to each player who joins
• Generate dirt paths linking all player homes together
• Gradually add community buildings like farms, wells, sheds, and storehouses around the village
• Set each player's respawn point inside their assigned home

Tips for Village Growth

Village Mode works best on servers where players join over time. The settlement grows naturally as your player count increases, so don't expect all structures to appear immediately. All buildings use vanilla blocks, making them safe to keep even if you later remove the mod.

If you need to reload your mod settings after enabling Village Mode, use /beginnersdelight config reload.
