Disable Starter House Generation on Specific Worlds

Use the Gamerule Command

If you want to keep the mod installed but prevent starter houses from generating in certain worlds, use the gamerule toggle:

/gamerule beginnersdelight:generate_starter_house false

`

This disables house generation for your current world only. Other worlds with the mod active will still generate starter homes normally.

Re-enable When Needed

To turn generation back on:

/gamerule beginnersdelight:generate_starter_house true

`

Configuration File Alternative

For permanent changes across all new worlds, edit the mod's configuration file. Find the [starter_house] section and set auto_generate to control whether houses spawn by default. Then reload using:

/beginnersdelight config reload

`

This approach is useful if you're running a server and want to disable starter houses globally, or if you're creating a custom modpack where players should build their own first shelter.
