Set Up Beautiful Sky Resource Pack with OptiFine

Install OptiFine First

Beautiful Sky Resource Pack requires OptiFine to function. Install OptiFine for your Minecraft version before adding this pack. Without it, custom sky textures will not load and you'll see the default sky instead.

Load the Resource Pack

1. Open your Minecraft launcher and navigate to Resource Packs

2. Click Open Pack Folder to access your resource packs directory

3. Place the Beautiful Sky Resource Pack folder here

4. Return to the resource packs menu and move Beautiful Sky to the Selected column on the right

5. Launch Minecraft with OptiFine active

Verify It's Working

Load into a world and look at the sky. You should see custom clouds, nebulas, or starry visuals depending on the time of day and biome. If you still see the default sky, ensure OptiFine is installed and enabled in your launcher profile.

Stack with Other Packs

Beautiful Sky works as an overlay, so you can place it above or below other resource packs in your selected list. Experiment with pack order to find the visual combination you prefer.
