Finding Available Properties

Walk around Bayville's neighborhoods and look for real estate signs or property listings. Talk to NPCs in the town center—some work as real estate agents and can show you available homes. Properties range from small apartments in the downtown area to larger houses in residential neighborhoods.

Purchasing Your Property

Once you've found a property you like, interact with the real estate NPC or the property sign to view details and pricing. You'll need to have enough money in your account from jobs or other income. Complete the purchase transaction through the dialogue menu.

Moving In

After purchase, you can enter your new home and set it up as your base. Your property serves as your spawn point and safe storage location. Some homes come with basic furniture already placed; others are empty and ready for you to customize. Return here between jobs and activities to rest and organize your belongings.
