How to Completely Remove a Mob from Your World with Aggressive Removal
When to use aggressive removal
The three normal toggles (allowNormalSpawning, allowSpawners, allowSpawnEggs) only block new spawns. If a mob is already wandering your world, or keeps appearing through a mechanic you didn't disable, aggressive removal is the blunt tool that handles it. It bypasses every other option for that mob.
Enable it in the config
Open the Bad Mobs config file in a text editor and locate the mob's section, e.g. [minecraft.creeper]. Find the line removeAggressively = false and change it to removeAggressively = true. Save the file. Because this option overrides the others, you don't need to also set the spawn toggles — aggressive removal wins regardless of their values.
What happens after you reload
Once the config is reloaded or the game restarted, the mob type is stripped from worlds. New spawn attempts fail, and existing instances are removed as the game processes them. This is the setting to reach for when you want a mob truly gone rather than merely prevented from spawning. To undo it, set the value back to false and reload. Keep in mind that aggressive removal can affect mobs other mods depend on, so use it deliberately.
