Finding the Best Hiding Spots

Use Furniture and Piled Objects

The map is filled with stacked beds, desks, and random furniture blocks that create natural cover. Look for areas where multiple items are piled together—these create shadows and visual confusion that make you harder to spot. Furniture clusters in hallways and corners are ideal because seekers often move quickly past them.

Exploit Room Depth and Alcoves

Strange rooms with pits, tiered structures, and offset levels offer excellent hiding opportunities. Hide behind pillars in large yellow rooms or crouch in shadowed corners beneath overhead bridges. The massive indoor courtyards have many window alcoves and dark openings—use these vertical spaces to your advantage.

Stay Away from Main Corridors

While the endless hallways look similar, seekers will patrol the main routes. Instead, slip into side rooms with office desks, cake displays, or furniture piles. The red-carpeted hallways with glowing lights are particularly dangerous since the lighting makes you more visible.

Listen and Move Strategically

Don't hide immediately. Move through several rooms first to confuse your trail, then settle into a spot. The confusing layout works in your favor—use it to create distance before hiding.
