How Autototem Mod Works

Automatic Totem Swapping

Autototem Mod keeps you alive by automatically moving a spare Totem of Undying into your hand after your active one breaks. When the totem in your offhand is consumed, the mod immediately pulls another totem from your inventory and places it in the offhand slot. The swap takes roughly three game ticks, so there is a brief delay before the new totem is ready.

This feature only works for the offhand slot. If a totem breaks while held in your main hand, the mod will not restock it. To use the mod, simply keep at least one spare Totem of Undying somewhere in your inventory and let the mod handle the rest.

On multiplayer servers, a data packet is sent indicating that you are using this mod. Server owners can see this and may choose to block the feature for their players. Because of this, using Autototem Mod on certain servers could result in a ban.
