Restart the Server When TPS Drops Too Low
Enable Performance-Based Restarts
In your mod configuration, find the performance monitoring section. Enable the TPS-based restart feature. This watches your server's ticks per second in real time.
Set Your TPS Threshold and Duration
Define the minimum TPS level you consider acceptable. When the server's TPS falls below this threshold, the mod begins counting. You'll also set a duration—how long the TPS must stay low before a restart is triggered.
For example, if TPS drops below your threshold and stays there for several minutes, the restart activates automatically. This prevents temporary lag spikes from causing unnecessary restarts.
Monitor and Adjust
Watch your server logs to see when TPS dips and how the mod responds. If restarts happen too frequently, raise your TPS threshold or increase the duration window. If performance issues persist without triggering restarts, lower the threshold or shorten the duration.
This feature is especially useful for servers experiencing memory leaks or entity buildup over time.
