Set Up Auto Attack for AFK Farming

Enable Auto Attack

Auto Attack mode allows your character to continuously strike mobs without manual input, making it ideal for AFK farms where you need sustained damage output.

1. Open the mod's configuration menu (usually accessible via a keybind in your controls settings)

2. Locate the Auto Attack toggle and enable it

3. Your character will now automatically attack any entity in front of you within normal melee range

Configure Attack Behavior

You can refine how auto attack works to suit your farm:

• Hostile Mobs Only: Enable this option if you want to avoid accidentally attacking passive mobs or other players. This is useful in shared farms or when mobs spawn nearby
• Attack Speed: The mod respects your weapon's attack speed, so faster weapons will attack faster automatically
• Range: Auto attack uses standard melee range—position yourself appropriately within your farm design

Tips

Make sure mobs can actually reach your position or spawn in front of you. Auto attack won't work if there are no valid targets. Test your farm layout before leaving it unattended to ensure mobs stay in range.
