Adjust Shader Intensity and Visual Style
Access Shader Settings
Open your pause menu and look for shader options. Most shader packs integrate with the standard Minecraft graphics settings or provide a dedicated settings screen. You may need to access this through your shader loader's configuration menu.
Customize Visual Parameters
Look for sliders or toggles that control:
- Bloom and glow intensity — reduces or increases the painted, luminous quality of light sources
- Shadow detail — adjusts how sharp or soft shadows appear
- Color saturation — makes the fantasy-painted look more or less vibrant
- Lighting balance — shifts between realistic and stylized lighting modes
Test and Save
Make small adjustments one at a time. Load into your world to see how changes affect performance and visuals. Once you find settings you like, they'll persist across sessions. If performance drops, reduce bloom intensity or shadow detail first.
