Adjust Aurora Colors and Intensity
Access Shader Settings
Open your shader options menu while in-game. Most shader packs are configured through the Video Settings screen—look for a "Shaders" button or similar option in your graphics menu.
Customize Aurora Appearance
Look for settings related to "Aurora," "Sky Color," or "Color Grading." Aurora Veil Shaders typically offers sliders or toggles to control:
- Aurora brightness: Increase to make the sky effect more vivid, decrease for subtler tones
- Color shift speed: Control how quickly the aurora cycles between teal, blue, and purple
- Night intensity: Adjust how much stronger the effect becomes after sunset
- Global color saturation: Reduce if the cyan/teal tint feels overwhelming
Apply and Test
Save your changes and observe the effect in different lighting conditions. Test both day and night to see how your adjustments look. If the aurora feels too intense during the day, try lowering the brightness or saturation. For a more dramatic effect at night, increase the night intensity multiplier.
Experiment with small adjustments—shader effects compound across your entire view.
