Set Up Waypoints to Navigate Your World

Create a Waypoint

Press Right-Shift to open the Asteroid Mod menu and locate the Waypoints feature. Navigate to a location you want to mark—your base, a farm, a mining site, or any important landmark. Create a waypoint at your current position. You can customize the waypoint name and color to organize them by purpose.

View and Manage Waypoints

Waypoints appear as markers in your world and on your HUD. Open the Waypoints menu to see a list of all saved locations. You can toggle waypoint visibility, edit names and colors, or delete waypoints you no longer need.

Navigate Using Waypoints

Waypoints serve as visual guides to help you return to important locations. Combine waypoints with Breadcrumbs to see the path you've traveled, making it easier to retrace your steps if you get lost. This is especially useful in large worlds or when exploring far from your base.

Tip: Create waypoints for resource farms, nether portals, and trading posts for quick reference.
