Unlock Rare Enchantments with Chiseled Bookshelves

Gather Treasure Enchantments

Rare enchantments are locked behind a discovery system. Find enchanted books with Treasure-tier enchantments in loot chests, fishing, or other vanilla sources. These books contain the recipes you need to unlock.

Place Books in Chiseled Bookshelves

Craft or find Chiseled Bookshelves and place them near your Copper Enchanting Table. Hold a Treasure-tier enchanted book and interact with an empty slot in the Chiseled Bookshelf to insert it. The mod will recognize the book and unlock that enchantment's recipe in your table.

Craft Rare Enchantments

Once a recipe is unlocked, you can craft that enchantment repeatedly at your Copper Enchanting Table using magical scrap and the required materials. Chiseled Bookshelves also increase your overall enchanting power, making more recipes available.

Multiple Chiseled Bookshelves stack their effects, so building a library around your enchanting station unlocks even more options and higher-tier modifications.
