Calling in Artillery Strikes

Craft smoke bombs using iron, gunpowder, and glowstone dust, or purchase them from Wandering Traders with emeralds. Hold a smoke bomb to see its stats—explosive force, blast radius, shell count, and fire rate—in the tooltip.

To call a strike, hold Right Mouse Button for up to 5 seconds to charge your throw for maximum distance, then release toward your target. Colorful signal smoke marks the impact zone as artillery shells rain down.

Choose your weapon type: Mortar Strikes damage mobs without destroying blocks, while Howitzer Strikes demolish terrain and structures. Select a fire mode—Normal, Concentrated (tight clusters), Continuous (steady rain), Volley (simultaneous barrage), or Single Fire (precise strikes)—then upgrade your weapon rank to increase explosive force and shell count for devastating bombardments.
