Reading the Display During Fights

The Armor Status Mod shows your equipped gear's remaining durability at a glance. During combat, keep an eye on this display to track damage to your helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots in real time.

Making Smart Repair Decisions

When you notice any piece of armor approaching low durability:

• Step back from combat if safe to do so
• Open your inventory and repair the item at an anvil or crafting table before it breaks
• Alternatively, swap to a backup set of armor if you're carrying one
• Prioritize repairing pieces that protect vital areas or have taken the most damage

Preventing Total Loss

Broken armor disappears permanently. By watching the durability display, you can repair items *before* they reach zero, saving valuable resources and keeping your protection intact. This is especially critical in hardcore mode or PvP situations where losing armor can mean losing your life.
