Configuring Armor Set Bonuses

How Set Bonuses Work

Armor Set Bonuses rewards you for wearing a complete set of armor by granting a bonus effect. The mod is built around a config file, and that is where nearly everything is decided.

In the config you define your own armor sets. Each set is a group of armor pieces, and wearing all of them together activates the set's bonus. Because armor pieces can belong to more than one set, you are not locked into a single combination — the same piece can count toward different sets at once.

Bonuses themselves are configurable. They can grant things like extra health, speed, or strength, and some sets can be set up to give special effects only while you are in particular biomes.

As you play, the mod shows live updates indicating which of your worn armor pieces are part of a set, so you can tell at a glance whether a bonus is active.
