Socket Gems into Weapons and Armor
Finding and Preparing Gems
Gems like Brawler stones and Lightning stones are rare drops from dungeons and boss encounters. Collect them as you explore Gem Towers, Undead Crypts, and Wizard Towers. Each gem grants unique combat bonuses—Brawler stones boost melee damage, while Lightning stones add electrical effects to your attacks.
Socketing at the Workbench
Bring your gems and best gear to a crafting workbench. Select your weapon or armor piece and place the gem in the socket slot. The gem will bind permanently to that item, granting its passive effect in combat. You can only socket gems into items that have available socket slots, so prioritize your most-used equipment.
Stacking Multiple Gems
Higher-tier armor and weapons may have multiple socket slots. Experiment with different gem combinations to create synergies—pairing Lightning stones with spells like Electric Hue amplifies magical damage, while Brawler stones stack with melee-focused skill tree nodes for devastating physical attacks.
Always carry spare gems when venturing into dangerous biomes, as losing gear means losing socketed gems too.
