Anvian's Lib Mod: What It Does and Why You Might See It

A Shared Library, Not a Standalone Mod

Anvian's Lib Mod is a library mod. It does not add its own items, blocks, mobs, or world content. Instead, it bundles reusable code and utilities that Anvian's other mods draw on, so those mods do not each have to reimplement the same underlying systems.

Because of this, you will usually encounter Anvian's Lib Mod as a dependency rather than something you install on purpose. If another Anvian mod requires it, that mod will not function correctly without the library present. Installing the library alone will not visibly change your game — there is no new content to find, craft, or interact with.

For players, the practical points are simple. Keep the library installed alongside any Anvian mod that depends on it, and do not remove it while those mods are in use. If you are assembling a modpack, treat it as a support file: it exists to make the mods that need it work, and it stays out of the way otherwise.
