What the Anti Portals Mod Does

The Anti Portals Mod is a small, single-purpose mod that disables Nether and End portals entirely. Once installed, portals of both types will no longer function, so you cannot travel to the Nether or the End through the usual means.

This keeps all gameplay within the Overworld, which is useful if you want a run or server that stays in one dimension. It also fits rulesets where interdimensional travel is not allowed, such as certain challenge or survival setups.

Because the mod only affects portal behavior, everything else about the game stays the same. You still build and play normally in the Overworld; you simply lose access to the Nether and the End. There are no extra items, blocks, or menus to learn. Install it, and portals stop working.
