How Armed Villagers Fight

Villagers spawning with EpicFight weapons don't just swing randomly. Each weapon type grants them specific attack patterns and combos from the EpicFight: Resurrection mod. These movesets are far more complex than vanilla combat.

Finishing Moves (Epic Executions)

The most dangerous aspect of this mod is the finishing attack system. When villagers have an opening, they perform special finishing moves using EpicFight animations. These are high-damage attacks that can quickly end a fight if you're not careful.

Reading Their Attacks

Pay attention to their animation cues. Villagers telegraph their combo sequences and finishing moves through their stance and movement. Learning these patterns lets you dodge or block before the heavy hits land.

Combat Strategy

• Keep moving to avoid being caught in their combo chains
• Use your own weapon's movesets to interrupt their attacks
• Back away when you see them entering a finishing move animation
• Fight defensively until you understand their weapon's attack rhythm
