Compare Multiple Animals to Find the Best Breeding Pair
Gathering Stats from Your Animals
To find the optimal breeding pair, you need to check several animals:
1. Gather your candidate animals in one location (a pen or stable works well)
2. Use /animalinfo on each animal, noting their stats
3. Write down or remember the values for comparison
Selecting Your Pair
Once you have the stats, look for animals with the highest values in the traits you care about most. If you want a fast horse, prioritize speed stats. For jumping ability, focus on jump height. The mod removes guesswork—you can now see exactly which animals will produce the strongest offspring.
After selecting your pair, breed them using standard Minecraft methods (feed them their preferred food). The resulting foal will inherit traits from both parents, and you can check its stats with /animalinfo to see if the breeding was successful.
