Collect Items from Mossy Crocodile Backs

Find a Mossy Crocodile

Look for crocodiles that have been in the water for an extended period. Their backs will be covered in green moss or algae. These are the ones worth approaching—they hold collected items you can harvest.

Prepare Your Tools

Equip either a sponge or a brush in your main hand. Sponges are reusable and won't break after use, making them the better long-term choice. Brushes work the same way but may have durability concerns.

Approach Carefully

Sneak toward the mossy crocodile slowly. Avoid sudden movements.

Right-Click to Scrub

Once close enough, right-click the crocodile with your sponge or brush equipped. The moss will be removed, and a random item will drop on the ground. Collect it immediately.

Repeat the Process

The moss will regrow if the crocodile stays in water long enough. Return to the same crocodile later to harvest more items. Different mossy crocodiles may yield different rewards.
