Troubleshoot Magical Effects Not Appearing

If magical effects still aren't showing after installing this mod:

Particle settings: Check your Minecraft video settings. If particles are set to "Minimal," magical effects may be invisible. Set particles to "All" or "Decreased" for better visibility.

Mod load order: Ensure this compatibility mod loads after both Ancient Elements and Better Combat. Check your mod folder to confirm all three are present.

Weapon type: Not all Ancient Elements weapons are magical. Verify you're using swords specifically designed with magic effects, not basic variants.

Testing Steps

1. Swing the sword at multiple enemy types

2. Look for particle effects around your character and target

3. Check if enemies take extra damage beyond the sword's base damage

4. Try different magical swords to isolate which ones work

If only certain swords malfunction, that sword may have a separate compatibility issue. If no magical effects appear across all swords, reinstall the mod and verify file integrity.
