Understand Resource Pack Load Order

Why Load Order Matters

Resource packs stack on top of each other. Packs loaded higher override those below them. For this compatibility pack to work, it must sit between AL's Ghasts Revamped and Fresh Animations.

Correct Load Order (Top to Bottom)

1. AL's Ghasts Revamped X Fresh Animations (this pack — highest priority)

2. Fresh Animations (animation data source)

3. AL's Ghasts Revamped (base custom Ghasts)

4. Other packs below

How to Reorder

1. Open Settings → Resource Packs

2. Find each pack in the "Active" column on the right

3. Hover over a pack and use the arrow buttons to move it up or down

4. Confirm the three packs match the order above

5. Apply and reload

What Happens if Order is Wrong

Animations break because Fresh Animations' data won't reach the custom Ghast models. You'll see static or glitchy movement.
