Breed Crows Using Items from Other Mods

Finding Compatible Food

The compat pack expands what crows will accept for breeding beyond vanilla seeds. Check which mod items your crows respond to by holding different foods near them—crows will show interest when you have something they'll eat.

Breeding Steps

1. Gather two crows and lead them to the same area

2. Hold a compatible food item (from either Alex's Mobs or linked mods) in your hand

3. Right-click each crow while holding the food

4. Both crows should enter love mode (hearts appear)

5. They will breed and produce a baby crow

Tips

If crows aren't responding to a mod item you expected, the compat pack may not include that specific item. Stick to items from mods explicitly listed in the pack's features. Having multiple food types available gives you flexibility if one becomes scarce in your world.
