Explore Every Room and Find Hidden Areas
Search Systematically
Enter each room and walk its perimeter. Look for doors, passages, and alcoves that might be easy to miss. Many fortress rooms have multiple exits—check all walls before deciding a room is fully explored.
Look for Unusual Blocks and Textures
Hidden passages sometimes have slightly different block textures or patterns. Examine walls carefully, especially in corners and behind pillars. Some areas may have decorative blocks that hint at secret rooms nearby.
Check Vertical Spaces
Don't forget to look up and down. Some rooms have upper galleries, balconies, or lower chambers. Climb stairs and ladders to reach elevated areas, and look for hatches or openings in floors that lead downward.
Explore Courtyards Thoroughly
Open courtyards often have multiple entrances and connecting pathways. Walk around the edges and test doorways you haven't entered yet. Courtyards frequently serve as hubs connecting different fortress wings.
Take Your Time
Rushing through rooms means missing details. Spend extra time in visually complex areas with many pillars, alcoves, or architectural features.
