Enhance Nether Portal Visuals

Locate Portal Settings

Open the shader options menu and find the Portals, Nether, or Special Effects category. Aetheria Shaders includes dedicated controls for portal appearance.

Configure Galaxy Portal Effects

Adjust these common options:

• Portal Glow Intensity: Control how bright the galaxy effect shines
• Particle Density: Increase star/nebula particles for a denser cosmic look
• Color Saturation: Make the purple and blue tones more vivid or muted
• Animation Speed: Speed up or slow down swirling portal effects

Optimize for Your Setup

If you experience frame drops near portals, reduce particle density or glow intensity. The shader is designed to run smoothly, but heavily customized settings may impact performance on lower-end systems.

View Your Portal

Build or find a Nether portal and observe the changes. The galaxy theme should transform the standard purple frame into a cosmic gateway. Adjust further if the effect feels too subtle or overwhelming for your taste.
