Choosing Your Room

The Aetherhold Castle Map comes with multiple fully built interior rooms ready to use as your personal base. Walk through the castle halls and explore each chamber to find one that suits your needs. Look for rooms with good natural light, storage space, and access to the courtyard or main pathways.

Preparing Your Space

Once you've selected a room, clear out any decorative items you don't need to make space for your own storage chests, crafting tables, and furnaces. The stone walls and existing furniture provide excellent structure—you can build around them or modify them to fit your playstyle.

Connecting to Resources

Set up pathways from your chosen room to key locations: the courtyard for water access, the castle entrance for mob defense, and any external mining areas. Use the existing stone paths as guides, and extend them as needed. Store valuable items in secure chests within your room, away from the outer walls where mobs might break through.

Defending Your Base

The castle walls already provide strong perimeter defense. Reinforce doors, add torches to prevent mob spawning in dark corners, and consider building a small defensive structure near your room's entrance if it faces outward.
