Craft Your First Aegis Armor Set
Gather Your Base Materials
Start by collecting a full set of Netherite armor—this is the foundation for every Aegis suit. You'll also need to farm specialized materials unique to each armor type. These are typically found in the Nether or crafted from rare drops. Check your desired armor set's crafting recipe to identify exactly which materials you need.
Combine at a Crafting Station
Once you have your Netherite pieces and specialized components, use a crafting table or appropriate crafting interface to combine them. The mod provides custom recipes for each of the eight armor sets. Follow the exact layout shown in the recipe—positioning matters.
Equip the Full Set
Place all four pieces (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots) into your armor slots. You'll know the set is active when you see the custom HUD elements appear on screen and hear the armor's signature sound effects. The full set is required to unlock passive mechanics and active abilities—wearing only partial pieces won't grant these powers.
Test Your Abilities
Press G to activate your armor's unique power. Each set has a different effect, so experiment to learn your suit's strengths in combat.
