Understanding the Bright Textures

The AE2 Bright Assets and Redraws Resource Pack replaces the default dim terminal textures with luminous, high-contrast versions. This makes slot boundaries, card positions, and item grids immediately visible without eye strain during long crafting sessions.

Applying the Pack to Your World

1. Ensure the resource pack is loaded in your world or server settings

2. Open any ME Terminal, Pattern Terminal, or Crafting Terminal

3. The interface will display with brightened slot highlights and clearer grid lines

4. Card slots (like crafting cards or storage cards inserted into the terminal) now show distinct visual separation

5. Item icons in storage grids appear sharper against the luminous background

Customizing Your View

If the brightness feels too intense, check your game's brightness settings—the pack works best at default or slightly elevated gamma. The pack maintains vanilla functionality; it only changes visual appearance, not how terminals operate.

All addon terminals (from MEGA Cells, ExtendedAE, AdvancedAE, and others) automatically receive the same treatment, creating visual consistency across your entire network.
