Set Up a Safe Landing Zone for New Players

Create a Welcoming First Spawn

New players often need a controlled environment to learn server rules and collect starter items before exploring. This plugin lets you designate a completely separate spawn point just for them.

Steps:

1. Build or navigate to your new player area. This could be a tutorial room, shop, or rule-reading hall.

2. Stand at the exact spot where you want new visitors to appear.

3. Type /setfirstspawn in chat.

4. Confirm the message appears in your configured prefix color.

Testing Your Setup

Once set, any player joining the server for the first time will land at this location instead of the main spawn. They can use /spawn to move to the main gathering area whenever they're ready.

If you need to move the first spawn location, simply stand in a new spot and run /setfirstspawn again—it will overwrite the previous location. Use /delspawn if you want to remove the first spawn entirely and send all new players to the main spawn instead.
