Installing 9minecraft OptiFork on Fabric or NeoForge

Getting OptiFork Running

9minecraft OptiFork is a from-scratch rebuild of OptiFine's core features for the modern Fabric and NeoForge loaders. Before installing it, set up the loader of your choice for your Minecraft version, then place the OptiFork build for that loader into your mods folder.

Because OptiFork targets Fabric and NeoForge rather than the legacy OptiFine loader, you do not need OptiFine itself. Install OptiFork on its own and let it handle the performance and visual features it provides.

The mod is designed to keep pace with new Minecraft releases, with updated builds promised shortly after each release.
