Troubleshoot Custom Geometry Not Rendering
Check Your Geometry References
Verify that your skins.json file contains proper geometry references. The mod preserves these references instead of stripping them like the default loader. Open your skin pack and confirm the geometry identifier in skins.json matches a geometry definition in your geometry.json file exactly.
Validate JSON Syntax
1. Use a JSON validator tool to check both skins.json and geometry.json for syntax errors
2. Ensure all bone names, texture references, and hierarchy definitions are correctly formatted
3. Verify texture file paths are relative and match actual files in your pack
Verify Pack Structure
Confirm your .mcpack contains:
skins.json(with geometry references)geometry.json(with bone and cube definitions)- Texture files (referenced in both JSON files)
pack_manifest.json
Test with Launcher
Ensure you're using a compatible launcher like LeviLaunchroid or Ambient Launcher. The mod works specifically with these launchers on Android. If geometry still doesn't load, the JSON files may have unsupported geometry features or malformed bone structures.
