How Fall Damage Protection Works

With 0.5 HP Mod installed, you are now protected from fatal fall damage. No matter the height you fall from—whether it's 24 blocks, 100 blocks, or higher—you will always survive with at least half a heart of health remaining.

Using This to Your Advantage

Explore without fear: You can now safely jump off cliffs, towers, and tall structures during exploration without worrying about instant death.

Navigate terrain quickly: Use fall damage immunity to shortcut through mountainous or uneven terrain by dropping down instead of finding a safe path.

Build more freely: Construct tall structures and test jumps between platforms without the constant threat of fatal falls.

Important Notes

While you cannot die from falling, you will still take damage and lose health—you simply won't die. Falling from extreme heights will leave you on half a heart, making you vulnerable to any additional damage (mobs, suffocation, drowning). Keep this in mind when exploring dangerous areas. Always carry healing items like food or potions to restore health after major falls.
