How do I turn on PoorLite Shaders after installing it?
Launch Minecraft, go to Options > Video Settings > Shaders, then select PoorLite from the list and click Apply. The shader will activate immediately in your world.
My game is still laggy even with PoorLite. What should I do?
Open the PoorLite settings menu in-game and disable Shadow Effects or reduce Light Ray intensity—these are the most demanding features. You can also lower your render distance in Video Settings to improve performance further.
Why don't I see light rays in my world?
Light rays only appear during morning and afternoon when the sun is at certain angles; they won't show at night or during heavy rain. Make sure Light Rays are enabled in the PoorLite settings menu.
Can I use PoorLite with other mods?
Yes, PoorLite works with most mods, but it may conflict with other shader packs or mods that heavily modify lighting and rendering. Only use one shader pack at a time.
