Libraries exist so several mods can share one copy of the same code instead of each shipping its own. You install them because a crash log or a download page demanded it, not because you wanted them, and once loaded there is nothing to see or craft. The group covers core libraries, rendering and entity APIs, configuration frameworks, registry and tag helpers and common utility collections.
